At Alpine, we know that our employees are our most valuable asset. In order to recruit and retain the best talent, we have to be the best at what we do. Our environment provides an amazing opportunity for those wishing to expand on their working knowledge of the treatment of chronic mental illness.
Our clients enter our program from acute care settings and transition to the community with support from our caring and talented staff. You will have a very unique opportunity to both grow and learn in an interactive environment exposed to the many facets of mental health diagnosis, working with some of the best clinicians in San Diego County.
We work in a fast-paced, stimulating environment that encourages creativity, open-mindedness, collaboration, and results, which are exhibited in our client care.
Because we know mental health can be a challenging but rewarding field, and most nursing programs do not provide much exposure to mental health rotations, Alpine has a unique opportunity to pre-licensed nursing staff. We offer a one-year training program for individuals whom have or are about to sit for their boards. The position is compensated and trained as a newly licensed position, providing support, education and experience in the mental health field.
Alpine has a number of Licensed Clinicians on staff and provide supervision hours from NP, Social Worker, MFT, and various Masters Programs within the psychology field. Our staff is responsible, motivated, and passionate about client care.
